Project Summary

The design brief for the first Hong Kong outlet aimed to create a nature-themed dining area as a serene refuge in the bustling city, embodying the "farm-to-table" concept with a forest-like ambiance that reflects its plant-centric menu. The challenge was to connect the divided bar and dining areas, addressed by a wavy wall that serves as both a privacy screen and a visual link. Consistency with the adjacent sister outlet, AULIS, was achieved through shared materials and color schemes. The entrance features polished wood, brassy accents, plants, and jars of fresh ingredients, while cascading tree roots and birch trunks create a natural yet sophisticated atmosphere.
