Project by our mother company Zanghellini & Holt Associates - Duck Victoria is designed with a youthful, minimalist aesthetic that seamlessly blends "Maxim’s Chinese Cuisine" with Peking-Huaiyang style, offering a modern twist on the traditional Barbecued Peking Duck experience. The interior features a relaxed European-inspired décor, characterized by clean lines, understated elegance, and a soft color palette that creates a chic, inviting atmosphere. Central to the design is the semi-open roasting and preparation area, where sleek glass partitions allow customers an unobstructed view of the skilled roasting and filleting process. This layout not only highlights the culinary craftsmanship but also enhances the dining experience with a multi-sensory engagement that complements the sophisticated yet approachable ambiance of the restaurant.
