Design Brief Meeting | Our process begins with an initial on-site/ online consultation. A questionnaire re interior design preferences to be filled by you before this meeting. The objective of this meeting is to obtain your specific brief, discuss the style & feel and budget preferences for the project. Afterwards, a shared cloud folder will be setup as collective collaboration for keeping yours and our designer’s concept images. We'll take preliminary measurements & site photos if the property is available. With your space dimensions and design preferences in mind, we'll craft a to-scale furniture plan as the foundation for your new design.
Step 2
Align Our Dream
1st Design Presentation | The objective is to ensure our designer and you are aligned in design & style direction before the design moves into details. During this meeting, we will review together the moodboard, prelim 3D sketches, key materials & furniture plan.
Step 3
Design Your Spaces
2nd Design Presentation | With the key materials confirmed & your furniture plan as our guide, we carefully select each piece of fitting (furniture, lighting & sanitary) & materials for your place, offering budget-friendly advice.
Step 4
Deliver Your Vision
Final Design Presentation | The objective is to finalize all the materials & fitting selection, drawings sign off so that the site works can kick off.
Deliverables: mood boards (digital), 3D / sketches, finishing materials, selection of fitting (furniture, lighting & sanitary) and comprehensive design drawings including furniture, e&m and water point layout plans, key elevations and details.
