Project Summary

Project by our mother company Zanghellini & Holt Associates - the brief aimed to create an all-day dining experience that smoothly transitions from breakfast to dinner, capturing the timeless appeal of a Parisian brasserie for both fine and casual dining. The challenge was to balance a fun dining atmosphere with the upscale shopping mall setting. A delivery truck serves as both signage and a design element, drawing customers in throughout the day. Inside, the design transports guests to a French brasserie, offering a blend of playful and traditional elements. From the terrace's striped canopies to the red leather booths, the space balances casual and fine dining, adapting to different moods from day to night.
